Kansas City Homes & Style Features Arlene Ladegaard in ASID Trends: Warm Metals
What metals are trending in interior design today? Arlene Ladegaard of Design Connection, Inc. has the answer in this month’s issue of Kansas City Homes & Style Magazine.
WHAT’S HOT NOW
Warm Metals
Warm metals are no longer a thing of the past. If you are thinking of what was considered “brassy” from the 1980’s, think again. Brass, bronze, and copper are making a huge comeback and can be found in all aspects of design and décor. They are given a contemporary edge by pairing with clear glass or chic matte black and by varying textural finishes. From small accents to large statements, warm metals can create comfortably sophisticated spaces.
