With meticulous planning and multi-team coordination, our Kansas City designers embarked on a home renovation in Leawood, KS. Our goal was to overhaul the tired, heavy feeling that accompanied dark paneling, dated furniture and heavy drapes.
Working hand-in-hand with the homeowner and home renovation contractors, we managed all elements including space planning and AutoCAD drawings. We provided stylish selections for tile, countertops, cabinets, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, area rugs, furniture and accessories.
The Result was a timeless, open floor plan complete with modern furniture and a touch of elegance all the way through. The once dark and paneled space gave way to a cohesive design, complementary paint, stone, wallpaper, window treatments and a renovated fireplace.

Among the best kitchen remodeling companies in Kansas City, the award winning team at Design Connection, Inc., tackled a Kansas City kitchen with dark wood cabinets, a style that had lost its appeal, and a basic layout that had become cumbersome. While lovable at one time, this Overland Park kitchen felt outdated.
The goal of this kitchen renovation was to open up the kitchen area, bring breathing room into the space and create a flow of efficiency for the cook and members of the household.
Our professional team provided detailed kitchen plans and elevations including a new and improved layout. Working hand-in-hand with the homeowner, we finalized material selections, appliance selections and design selections including light fixtures, window treatments and barstools.
Our team channeled all communication with the kitchen remodeling contractors. We oversaw key elements and maintained an ongoing work environment. We completed on time, on budget and the result was stunning!
The Result was a light, airy beautiful kitchen complete with ample cabinet space, glass accents, contemporary backsplash, state of the art appliances, updated pantry area and breakfast nook.

Our feature bathroom remodel includes a master bathroom in Overland Park, KS. The existing space featured carpeted floors and outdated cabinetry and features.
Our team dove right in and the outcome was spectacular! To achieve the breathtaking results, Design Connection, Inc. provided space plans, elevations, AutoCAD drawings, tile, lighting, material selections, wallpaper, liaison with the contractor, installation of all materials along with project management to ensure the high standards of Design Connection, Inc. were maintained.

Once we are ready to get started, our process follows three proven steps.
Phase One begins with an in-home evaluation to determine the scope of your remodeling project. Next, we develop AutoCAD and 3D drawings and complete our vision with samples and final details. Then, we present our concept, timeline and budget to you in our design studio.
Phase Two kicks off the actual transformation with remodeling contractors and installations. Our team is in constant contact with you regarding scheduling, progress and fulfillment.
Phase Three is the Big Reveal! It includes the delivery of furniture, rugs, drapery and accessories. It’s the perfect beginning of perfectly remodeled space.
