DESIGN VIEWS: Condo Renovation

LIVING ROOM
Our client wanted a versatile space where her family could gather comfortably. This sectional in warm tones provides ample seating, complemented by pillows in a rich mink tone and textured herringbone pattern.

DESIGN TIP
To give the space an open an airy feel, we continued the paint colors throughout the condo – a warm neutral that worked well with fabric and furnishings in warm grays, soothing spa green and deep mocha.

What our client had to say

“There are not enough words to express how well this project was handled. Design connection decorated and renovated my condo from the ground up… they were just the nicest people to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for decorator.”

LIVING ROOM II
For this informal seating/dining area, we covered the chair cushions in a floral pattern to give the area a feminine touch.

DESIGN TIP
This multi-purpose seating area is an ideal spot for informal meals! The table is a stone-colored stain with a wax finish, and the table is multipurpose. The height can be adjusted for cocktails, games and dining – the perfect, versatile piece for entertaining friends and family.

DINING ROOM
Design Connection, Inc, selected these gorgeous and comfortable chairs in a faux mohair fabric. The spa green chairs add an air of serenity to the room

DESIGN TIP
We added wall sconces in a matte gold finish to accent the walls and amplify the light of the chandelier. New lighting is one of the most effective ways to update a space!

BEDROOM
We coordinated the fabric headboard and bench in a subtle, small-scale herringbone pattern, echoing the pillows and bar stools in the kitchen and dining room.

DESIGN TIP
A tonal color palette creates a serene and sophisticated vibe. Layering shades in the same color family is a great way to introduce texture and pattern to your space. The linen embroidered pillows introduce a floral element to the bedroom.
